RESERVATIONS: All parties require full payment upon booking, which is non-refundable to hold the party date and time. Reservation is not confirmed until this payment has been processed and Go-Go Gymnastics has confirmed with the host/contact person.
PAYMENT: Due to the high demand of our birthday parties, payment is required upfront, in full. We accept cash, money order, Visa and MasterCard, and EMT for payment.
GUEST COUNT: In order to reserve the required amount of coaches, please confirm you expected number of party guests as soon as it is available. We have standardized guest counts in all party packages, and cannot veer outside of these standards.
Our standard parties are limited to 10 children for in-gym parties; however, you may book another coach if you wish to double your guest count to 20 children. Please contact us in advance to do so.
At-home parties are standardized to include 15 children.
INVITATIONS: Go-Go Gymnastics birthday party invitations are included in your birthday package. You can choose to pick these invitations up at any of our locations and/or have them sent out via mail.

CANCELLATION: Should the host cancel the birthday party; the deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.
In the event of inclement weather, and the host decides to cancel the party and does not have an alternate location available, Go-Go Gymnastics will ensure a make up date is promptly available, or keep a credit on for a full year.
TRAVEL: Go-Go Gymnastics will come to you for an at-home party, but must charge travel-associated fees for areas outside of our allotted working areas. Please get in contact with us in office for an estimate if you live outside of the Fredericton, Saint John, or Moncton areas. We charge .50 cents per kilometer for mileage, and $20 per hour for each coach’s travel time.
